A strategic adviser and entrepreneur with a conviction that AI should be adopted ethically and grown sustainably, or not at all. Twenty years running operations in volatile markets — logistics, finance, property and customer service — which is why Clearway's platforms handle the handoffs that break in practice rather than the ones that look tidy in a diagram.
His work blends human-led strategy with AI-augmented execution across risk compliance, customer service and workflow automation: tailored to what an organisation actually runs, and deliberately not overcomplicated.
He leads the build and stays on the account. Clients deal with him directly, from first scope through to the system still running years later.

A strategic partner and executive adviser with nearly two decades helping organisations navigate risk, regulation, privacy, cyber security and AI-enabled transformation across Australia, Africa and global markets. Currently a Partner in Strategy, Risk and Transactions at Deloitte Australia, working with boards and C-suite leaders on AI governance, data protection and modern digital operating models.
She advises executives and regulators on evolving expectations across APRA, GDPR and the OAIC — regulatory judgement paired with a genuine appetite for what emerging technology makes possible. At Clearway that becomes something different from advice: governance built into systems that run, and the leadership of a team accountable for them.
She joins in January 2027 after seventeen years at Deloitte.
